Mr. Handyman

Our bike has had a tragic life the past 9 months. It has been vandalized multiple times, so we finally brought it inside. First the skewer and the nuts and bolts that held the tire on were stolen. We went and got new parts, though. Later on, someone pulled the valve on the tube clean off. The tire was still in there, but was damaged beyond repair. I cleaned it up pretty good for JD, then a few days later he got it out to "fix it." I'm not sure what was wrong with it, but he said he fixed the problems! (Well... most of them.) He sure is Mr. Handy!

Sunny California

We went to Disneyland over Spring Break. While it was awhile ago, I just barely pulled them off my camera, so here you go! We sure had fun, especially at the beach where I found a sand dollar. We got a little tired walking around Disneyland all day so drove down Pacific Coast Highway to the Pacific Ocean! We hope we are able to find some time for another vacation this summer, even though it probably is not going to happen with school and work!

Homework, Homework, Homework!

JD and I both have so much homework! I am taking an online Geology class, and I had to go on a final "field trip." JD needed to do some research out in the wilderness of Cedar City. So we've been on a few trips for these homework assignments. Our most recent ones were Cedar Breaks, Old Iron Town, and Lion's Mouth Trail.

Our First Easter-2007

Our First Easter! We had a pretty crazy week, so we didn't get to color eggs until Easter Day. JD got some baseballs, candy, and a kite. I got a frame with a promise of a wedding picture, (and a dinosaur temporary picture). We got a fun game from some older Easter bunnies along with the Testaments, candy, and a CD.
We sure had fun coloring eggs. I insisted on teaching JD how to make Ukrainian eggs since he had been to Ukraine and didn't know what they were. We got some pretty good looking ones!
